These terms apply when you create a FinX OS account or use the service. By signing up or continuing to use FinX OS, you agree to them.

FinX OS is operated by Rohin Wadhwa. FinX OS is not a registered company. Public contact address: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

FinX OS turns the transactions you record or import into financial views such as an overview, P&L statement, cash flow, forecasts, analytics, reports and, on eligible plans, AI Analyzer answers.

Features may change as the product develops. We will try to give notice before removing a feature that is part of a paid plan.

• Provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You own the business and financial data you add to FinX OS. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import. Figures in FinX OS are only as accurate as the records they are calculated from.

FinX OS is a tool for understanding your finances. Forecasts are projections based on your history and assumptions, not guarantees. AI Analyzer answers are interpretations of your recorded figures.

Nothing in FinX OS is financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making important decisions.

Starter is free. Pro and Premium are paid plans billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the Billing page, in Indian rupees.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Do not try to access another person's account or data.
• Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of the service.
• Do not use FinX OS for unlawful activity or to store data you have no right to use.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

We work to keep FinX OS available and accurate, but the service is provided as it is and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.

To the extent permitted by law, FinX OS is not responsible for business decisions made using the service or for losses caused by incorrect source data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes are subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to the extent legally permitted.
